Shipping & Delivery

Time Frame

Happy Haat is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within 2 hours within Dhaka and 48 hours outside Dhaka from courier booking time. We ship throughout the week (Sunday, Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday), except public holidays. We are committed to dispatch your order within 9 am to 9 pm on the above mentioned days.

Shipping Services

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we may opt to ship your items via Happy Haat Integrated Parcel Services.

Shipping Charges

Our product prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST but excludes Shipping & Delivery costs, which will be charged extra, depending on the weight and volume of your consignment. Happy Haat may at its own discretion, decide to reduce or waive all or part of the Shipping & Delivery Charges, depending on your Order Value.

Delivery

At the time of receiving the delivery, please cross check the items in your crate against the list -- any discrepancies should be notified to the delivery personnel immediately. If the delivery is accepted by a staff member or the guard/watchman - please ask them to follow the same process while receiving the order. Once accepted, it will be considered fully and freshly delivered against the final bill.
